This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the Docket Order dated 03.12.2018 made in O.S.No.106 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudhur.

2. Heard, Mr.G.Mohanakrishnan, learned counsel appearing 1/3

on behalf of the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this petition, this Court directs the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumpudhur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.106 of 2017, within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
