With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition has been taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the orders dated 29.05.2024, 10.06.2024, and 03.07.2024, which suspended the petitioner, issued a show cause notice, and issued a charge memo.

3. The petitioner, while working as Supervisor in the respondent/Corporation, was suspended from service on 29.05.2024, alleging a shortage of Rs. 35,040/- in the petitioner's working shop. Upon inspection by the Assistant Manager (Accounts) and based on the report, the petitioner was suspended from service. Pursuant to the order of suspension, the petitioner was issued a show cause notice dated 10.06.2024. On receipt of the explanation submitted by the petitioner, he was served with charge memo dated 03.07.2024.

4. The only contention raised by the petitioner is that the petitioner has not been paid subsistence allowance so far. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the orders passed by the respondents.

5. In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, the respondent is directed to pay the subsistence allowance to the petitioner for the duration of his suspension period and to complete the disciplinary proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
