This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Magistrate Court as IX Metropolitan Magistrate Court instead of XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, as mentioned in order dated 14.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.23826 of 2023.

2. This petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order and issue fresh order.

3. The petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions imposed in the order dated 14.11.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.

23826 of 2023 within a period of one week, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted shall stands cancelled.
