The petitioner would aver that he joined as a Technician Apprentice in the insurance company on 20.09.2023 and that on 19.01.2024, while cleaning the machine, his hand was injured and his right index finger was amputated. He would further aver that due to financial constrains, there was a delay of 185 days in preferring the above civil miscellaneous appeal.
4. Accepting the averment made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 185 days is hereby condoned. 15-04-2026 KKD To The Workman Compensation Court.
