] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 138 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the order passed in SC.No.276 of 2021 on 03.10.2023 by the I Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai.

2.This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
