This application has been filed seeking to set aside an order dated 15.07.2024 made in E.P.No.43 of 2019. The learned Master had passed the following order, "A.No.3250 of 2024 allowed. Hence, call on 14.08.2024".

2. A.No.3250 of 2024 was an application seeking to condone the delay in representation. That is an issue between the party, who had filed the application and who seeks condonation of delay and the cost. That order cannot be set aside and it is not judicially reviewable also.

3. The learned counsel for the applicant may place all objections while pressing the execution petition which can be listed before this Court. Therefore, A.No.5775 of 2024 stands dismissed.

4. The Registry to list E.P.No.43 of 2019 before this Court on 21.11.2024.
