This petition has been filed to call for the records in Cr.No.383 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent and to quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and the learned counsel for the de facto complainant.

3. It is seen that this is the second quash application and earlier, the application was dismissed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12418 of 2016 on 09.08.2016.

4. When this matter came up for admission on 21.10.2016, it was represented on behalf of the petitioners that the parties have arrived at a compromise and therefore, this Court directed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

notice to the de facto complainant and posted the case today at 2.15 p.m. for orders.

5. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.Amizhdhu, learned counsel entered appearance for the de facto complainant and submitted that no compromise has been arrived at between the petitioners and the de facto complainant. In view of the above, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
