ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to letter issued by the first respondent vide C.No. 25665/1/DSP/EOW/RMD@TRICHY/2022 DT..2022 and quash the same as illegal, unconstitutional, non-est in the eyes of law in so far it relates to conversion of the vehicles bearing Nos. PY-05-F6449, PY-05-F-6477, PY-05-F-6559 and PY-05-F-6577 which are hypothecated to the Bank as case property in connection with the Crime No.78 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent and direct the first respondent to give clearance to the second respondent to effect name transfer, removal of hypothecation or any activity to be done by the Bank in Accordance with the Motor Vehicles Act/Rules.

2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
