This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to re-instate the petitioners based on the final orders passed in the departmental enquiry dated 17.08.2021 made in Na.Ka.No.3594/CV/2020/A1 forthwith.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were reinstated in service.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, nothing survives for further consideration in this Writ Petition.
