Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to "extend the time limit" for another 15 days in Crl.O.P.No.17432 of 2021 by this Hon'ble Court by order dated 21/09/2021 made "(a) if the petitioner failed to surrender before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, this order shall stand automatically cancelled" and thus render justice.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.PRABAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 21.09.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time to surrender before the concerned court.
2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioner deserves to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Court. All other conditions remain unaltered.
