O R D E R

The HMOP No.3726 of 2010 filed by the respondent for dissolution of marriage was heard by the III Additional Family Court at Chennai and the same was reserved for orders.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent furnished the copy of the E-Court services, wherein the case was posted for passing orders respectively on 03.09.2022, 08.09.2022 and 19.09.2022.

3. When the orders are expected to be pronounced by the III Additional Family Court at Chennai, the petitioner has filed the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition and obtained an order of interim stay on 02.09.2022 and therefore, the III Additional Family Court is unable to pass orders.

4. Thus, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition at this stage, cannot be entertained, as the matter was fully heard by the III 2/4

Additional Family Court at Chennai and the orders are to be passed.

5. That being the stage of the case, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition deserves no merit consideration.

6. Accordingly, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. 12-12-2022 Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order.
