This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in crime No. 372 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent police stating that the defacto complainant and its sister concerns Plams Active Private Limited and Faridha Shoes Private limited are group of companies. In the said company, accused 1 and 2 are employees and the first accused working as a planner in Hall - 3, and second accused working as her assistant and they were full in charge of material stored in the Hall and taking care of in and out of material. Taking advantage of the same, first accused in collusion with A2 has fabricated fake delivery challan and gate pass in the name of M/s Faridha Shoes Private Limited and taken the material Viz. EVA FOAM out of the hall as if sending for work. On verification and internal audit they came to know that from October 2023 to May 2024 the accused persons have stolen around 29,283 sq.ft. of Foam
which is worth about Rs.49,06,634/- Hence, the case. T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner and other accused persons have stolen Rs. 49 lakhs worth of Foam from the defacto complainant's company. Further, co-accused are still absconding. This case needs detailed investigation. Hence, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
