This petition has been filed to dispense with the production of certified copy of O.P.No.24 of 2020.

2. Mr.P.Ayyamperumal, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the civil miscellaneous petition. He has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect. The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to file certified copy of O.P.No.24 of 2020 before the Registry.

3. Leave is granted. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn. On production certified copy of O.P.No.24 of 2020, Registry is directed to number the revision.
