Both the writ petitions have been filed for direction to the respondents to implement the order passed by this Court in WP.Nos.22944 & 22943 of 2017 dated 28.08.2017.

On perusal of the order passed by this Court in WP.Nos.22944 & 22943 of 2017 dated 28.08.2017, this Court directed the respondents to extend the benefits to the petitioners herein as granted in writ appeals in WA.Nos.431 & 612 of 2016 dated 11.04.2016 & 24.06.2016 respectively. However, the said benefits have not been extended to the petitioners so far. Further, on perusal of the counter filed by the respondents revealed that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court in WP.Nos.22944 & 22943 of 2017 dated 28.08.2017, the respondents preferred writ appeal in WA.SR.No.69527 of 2018. However, so far it has not been numbered and no interim order has been obtained by the respondents. Therefore, it is their bounden duty to comply with the order passed by this Court strictly and in adherence to the order passed by this Court.

Considerving the above, the respondents are directed to implement the order passed by this Court in WP.Nos.22944 & 22943 of 2017 dated
28.08.2017 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if not already implemented.

With the above direction, both the writ petitions are disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
