This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13889 of 2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
