This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking modification of the direction to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of the Director/Authorised Officer, Government Arignar Anna Medical Cancer Hospital, Karaipettai, Kancheepuram, as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13371 of 2026 dated 22.05.2026.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police.

3. Considering the seriousness of the allegation, this Court does not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13371 of 2026 dated 22.05.2026.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 29.06.2026 cda 2/4
