ORDER

The petitioner is the wife and the respondent is the husband. The marriage between them was conducted on 22.02.2013 as per Hindu Rites and Customs. Subsequently, a dispute arose between them and both of them are living separately. The respondent filed HMOP No.184 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Aruppukottai for divorce, on the ground of cruelty. 2.According to the petitioner, she is residing at Tambaram, Chennai along with her parents and it is very difficult for her to travel from Tambaram to Aruppukottai for each and every hearing.

3.When this Tr.CMP was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the respondent have submitted that the petitioner and the respondent have no objection to transfer the petition in HMOP No.184 of 2015 from the file of the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai to the file of the Sub-Court, Chengalpattu, and also made endorsements to that effect.

4.In view of the above, the petition in HMOP No.184 of 2015 on the file of the Sub-Court, Aruppukottai is withdrawn and the same is transferred to the file of the Sub-Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Chengalpattu. The learned Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu is directed to dispose of HMOP No.184 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than 30.09.2017. 5.The Transfer CMP is disposed of accordingly.
