This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 28 days in preferring the present appeal.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing on either side, we are inclined to condone the above said delay.
