This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to direct the respondent herein viz the Inspector of Police, Tiruvannamalai Town Police Station, Tiruvannamalai District to conduct further investigation in the above case by including the name of the Accused 2 to 4 namely Sarada, Meena and Kesavan in the Altered FIR and file a Final Report in Crime No.1404 of 2012 on the file of the Respondent. 2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that the Crime No.1404 of 2012 has taken on file in S.C.No.10 of 2014.
