This Application has been filed seeking for the following reliefs: a) To take this report on record b) To permit the official Liquidator to release the balance amount of Rs.69,442/- to ITCOT,Chennai towards professional fee, c)To direct the cost of this application does come out of the funds from the company in Liquidation.

2. The learned Official Liquidator has annexed a report along with this application and this Court has perused the same.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the Report of the learned Official Liquidator, this Company Application is ordered as prayed for.
