This petition is filed to condone the delay of 384 days in filing the above revision.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that this revision is against the concurrent finding and conviction of the petitioner, who has been convicted for offences under Sections 307 and 341 of IPC and sentenced to undergo five years rigorous imprisonment. He further submitted that petitioner is in confinement and he has got arguable points in this appeal. 3.Mr.K.S.Mohandass, learned Public Prosecutor (Pondy) takes notice for the respondent.

4.Since the petitioner is in confinement and finding that there are arguable points in this appeal, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered. 10.11.2023 rsi Note: Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision, if it is otherwise in order.
