The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that investigation itself has been completed and draft final report has been prepared by the respondent police and the same is going to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Attur, Salem. He therefore submitted that, the presence of the petitioner is no more required for respondent police.
