ORDER
The petitioner herein seeks for permission to conduct the annual temple festival of Arulmighu Selliamman temple situated at T.Palur Village, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the 6th respondent who is a self proclaimed Dharmakartha been maliciously opposing to conduct the temple festival by the villagers. Hence the representation was given to the police on 28.05.2024 to grant permission, but so far the representation not considered. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on consideration of the representation and the objection by the 6th respondent, the police contemplating to conduct a peace committee meeting before the RDO and take a decision on the representation.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of 2/4
