Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to the impugned order made by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in F.No.APS03635/D.T.Ed/TN/201314/53296/APSO3634/B.Ed/dated 23.08.2013 and quash the same as illegal in so far as withdrawing the recognition accorded by the 1st respondent to the petitioner college for offering B.Ed., degree course (APS03634) is concerned.
