ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file the final report in Crime No.836 of 2019 dated 29.11.2019 pending before the 2nd respondent in accordance with law.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent Police.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the abovesaid crime number on 29.11.2019, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent Police shall file a final report within a period of one month.

5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
