Pursuant to a letter dated 25.09.2025 given by the counsel for defendants 1 to 7 to the registry, this matter is listed today.

2.In this suit, an application in A.No.4193 of 2023 was filed to reject the plaint and the same was dismissed by this Court. Thereafter, the said order was challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.19740 of 2025. By an order dated 04.08.2025, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has stayed the proceedings and in paragraph No.6, the Hon'ble Supreme Court has directed to tag SLP(C) No.2711 of 2024.

3.Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the above matter is likely to be listed on 29.10.2025.

4.As the Hon'ble Supreme Court has tagged S.L.P. (C) No.2711 of 2024, which is likely to be listed on 28.10.2025. Post the matter on 24.11.2025.
