ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence Under Section 341, 324, 392, 294(b), 506(ii), in Crime No.274 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have committed robbery and thereby threatened the defacto complainant using filthy language. Hence the Law Enforcing Agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner did not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is a history sheeter in H.S.No.43 of 2002 and there are 13 previous cases similar in nature pending as against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
