The Sub-Application is filed under Section 151 of Civil Procedure Code, to implead the petitioner/proposed party as a second respondent in the Contempt Petition No.817 of 2025, which was filed against the order dated 13.08.2024 made in W.P.No.23010 of 2024 passed by this Court.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the Sub-Application is ordered as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments and list the matter on 09.07.2025.
