CMP.No.14099 of 2022 CMP.No.14099 of 2022 in Tr.CMP.No.509 of 2021 SATHI KUMAR SUKUMARA KURUP, J., The Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that a fresh amendment petition is filed in CMP.No.14099 of 2022 seeking to amend the HMOP.No.78 of 2021 on the file of the Learned Sub-Court, Vellore, which was transferred on the point of territorial jurisdiction to the Learned SubCourt, Katpadi. However, the case in HMOP.No.78 of 2021 is re-numbered as HMOP.No.115 of 2022. Therefore, the Learned Counsel for the Petitioner had filed a petition to amend the HMOP.No.115 of 2022 in Tr.CMP.No.509 of 2021.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit and the above submissions, this amendment petition is allowed. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.
