Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent dated 30.07.2022 in Na.Ka.No.5227/A2/2022 and consequential relieving order dated 31.07.2022 in Na.Ka.No.91/2022 issued by the 5th respondent quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 2 to 5 to provide re-employment as Graduate Teacher (Social Science) forthwith to the petitioner as per the G.O.Ms.No.115, School Educational Department dated 28.06.2022 issued by the 1st respondent with effect from her superannuation on 31.07.2022 till 31.05.2023 with all other service benefits.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. By claiming the benefits of G.O.Ms.No.115, School Educational Department dated 28.06.2022, the petitioner seeks for continuation of her service as a Graduate Teacher from 31.07.2022, which is her date of superannuation till 31.05.2023. Her earlier request in this regard, came to be rejected on 31.07.2022 through the impugned order.

3. It is now seen that the Academic Year for 2022 has already ended and the prayer sought for in the present writ petition has also become infructuous. Hence, no effective orders can be passed in the present Writ Petition.
