This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 36 days in filing the main appeal arising out of the judgment dated 28.03.2025 in Spl.S.C.No.10 of 2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 36 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
