Crl.M.P.No.13364 of 2022 in Crl.A.No.968 of 2022 P.VELMURUGAN, J.
This miscellaneous petition has been preferred to suspend the sentence imposed on the petitioner in S.C.No.136 of 2021 dated 28.07.2022 on the file of the District Magalir Court (Mahila Fast Track Court), Villupuram and enlarge the petitioner on bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.Since the petitioner was found guilty for the offences 375 r/w 90/376 and 417 IPC, this Court is not inclined to suspend the sentence imposed on him and enlarge him on bail and on the other hand, this Court is inclined to take up the main appeal itself ''for final disposal'' soon after receipt of the entire records. Hence, this Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
4. In the earlier occasion i.e on 26.08.2022 this Court directed the Registry to call for the records from the Court below on or before 06.12.2022.
