This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.3 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3449 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1169 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in para No.3 in Crl.M.P.No.3449 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.1169 of 2025 dated 27.02.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is relaxed.
