O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to grant an extension of fishing lease from June 2024 to June 2025 to the petitioner upon payment of Rs.58,625/- as lease amount by considering the representation dated 21.06.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2024 and pass orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation will be considered by the respondent and appropriate orders will be passed within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 21.06.2024 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
