Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner dated 25.05.2015 relating to misappropriation of panchayat funds by the 4th respondent and to take appropriate action against the 4th respondent.

ORDER
By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims that he has been elected as the Vice President of Ariyakunjur Village Panchayat, in the year 2011 and he along with the President, are vested with the power to sign cheques and operate the Panchayat accounts and according to him, the 4th respondent / President of the said Panchayat, is indulging in various illegalities and irregularities such as misappropriation of funds, not submitting the accounts for inspection etc., and in this regard, the petitioner has also submitted representations dated 19.09.2014 and 28.01.2015 respectively to the respondents and since no response is forthcoming, he came forward to file the present writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Navaneethan, learned Additional Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.R.Rajendra Narasimhan, learned counsel who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4.
4. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claims projected by the petitioner either in his representations or in this writ petition, permits the petitioner to submit a representation along with a copy of this order to the 1st respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the 1st respondent on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the said representation in accordance with law, after putting on notice the 4th respondent herein and pass orders within a further period of four weeks thereafter and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner as well as to the 4th respondent herein.
5. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
