ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.05.2024 forthwith and pass orders granting the petitioner's arrears of salary, PF, Gratuity, Earn Leave Encashment and other terminal benefits at an early date with reasonable rate of interest that may be fixed by the official respondents for the delayed disbursal of the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.05.2024 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
