ORDER

This Court by order dated 12.03.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14799 of 2022 quashed the proceedings against the accused No.2/Prajeesh Raj in C.C.No.1863 of 2021 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Coimbatore and directed the husband to pay maintenance to the wife and children. But, the husband has not paid the maintenance. Therefore, the wife filed a Contempt Petition before this Court. Mediation has also failed between the parties.

mps 2.The learned counsel for the contempt petitioner submitted that as per the orders of this Court, the respondent has not co-operated and also not paid the maintenance. Now, the defacto complainant wants to challenge the orders of this Court Therefore, she is not pressing this petition. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he is paying the maintenance regularly.
