ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Petition has been filed on 24.07.2018. When the matter came up before this Court on 27.07.2018, there was no representation for the petitioner and the petition was posted "For Dismissal" today.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that this petition has been filed by some fictitious person to mislead the Court and also to mislead the prosecution. He would submit that this petition has been filed in the name of one counsel Mr.Ismail, 101, Law Chamber, Higher Court, Chennai-104 and the Enrollment Number has been shown as 420/80. He would submit that on verification of the Enrollment number in the website of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, it refers to a counsel named Mr.Rajendran, who is practicing at Periyakulam. He would submit that a fraud has been attempted to be committed by filing this petition and thereby, the fictitious persons have attempted to interfere with the administration of justice. He would submit that an enquiry may be initiated in respect of the filing of the petition.

3. This Court is of the opinion that the persons who have filed this petition have attempted to interfere with the course of administration of justice.

4. Registry is directed to conduct an enquiry in respect of the person, who had filed the petition in the name of a fictitious counsel and also enquire the counsel, who has attested the vakalat and initiate appropriate proceedings against them.
