By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2. This petition has filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the O.A.No.15/2016 on the file of the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Cuddalore within a time frame as fixed by this Court.
3. It is the case of the petitioner that they filed an O.A. No.15/2016 before the Joint commissioner, Trichy for framing a scheme for the administration of the temples viz., Sri Payaraneeswarar Temple and Sri Prasanna Venkatesa Perumal, Udayarpalayam Town by the lawful hereditary trustees. Due to change of jurisdiction, the said appeal is still pending before the Joint Commissioner, Cuddalore. Therefore, the petitioners made a representation on 01.07.2024 to the first respondent to dispose the said O.A. And the same is not considered. Hence, the present petition.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a directions to the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation and dispose the O.A. Which was filed by the petitioners within the time stipulated as fixed by this Court.
5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent 2/4
submitted that admittedly, O.A.No.15/2016 is pending before the first respondent and the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the reasonable time as fixed by this Court.
6. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse order is passed against the second respondent, notice to him is dispensed with.
7. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the first respondent to dispose the appeal after providing opportunity to the petitioner and the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
8. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 07.08.2024 Rli 3/4
