This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18775 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.2031 of 2023 by order dated 29.02.2024.

2.The petitioners were granted bail by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.18775 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.2031 of 2023 with certain conditions. One of the condition is that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. without fail until the disposal of the revision. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the condition was diligently complied with by the petitioners. He would submit that both the petitioners are daily coolies and due to the condition imposed, they are unable to do any job continuously and they have been denied of their income, they are the sole breadwinners of the respective family. Hence, sought for relaxation.

cse 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the petitioners are regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court without any default. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioners are complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report before the respondent police, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on the first working day of once in three months at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
