The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. He has also made the following endorsement to that effect:- "I may be permitted to withdraw this CMP.No.17450 of 2017 and I am ready to pay the Court fee."

2.In view of the said request, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

3.The appellant is permitted to pay the deficit Court fee by 05.01.2024.
