CMP.No.965 of 2016 in S.A.No.39 of 2012 T.MATHIVANAN.J, The petitioner in CMP.No.965 of 2016 has filed the above petition to transpose the second respondent (petitioner herein) as one of the 13th appellant in the second appeal in S.A.No.39 of 2012. Though, the respondent Munusamy has been served, he has not chosen to appear.

In all the CMP Nos.966 to 971 of 2016 in SA.No.39 of 2012 concerned, the first respondent has been served, since Mr.N.Suresh, learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, who is to transpose the 13th appellant has stated no objection, this CMP.No.965 of 2016 is allowed.

Registry is directed to make necessary amendment in the above appeal.
