ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition is not maintainable, as the relief sought in the petition has already been granted in the earlier round of litigation. It

appears that earlier, when the contempt petition was filed, the same was disposed of keeping in view that the appeal was pending before the authority. After the appeal was dismissed, a writ petition was again filed before the Court, wherein an interim order was passed. That order has now been vacated on 08.04.2025. Even thereafter, if the order of the Court is not being complied with, it would be a matter of contempt.
