2. At this juncture, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and recording the endorsement made by him, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
