2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent police.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is extended to the petitioner to execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.

4.
