ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the alleged offence punishable under Section 376, 417 of IPC in Crime No.8 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that while the defacto complainant viz., Nithya Mariam Angel was going to religious service with her sister, she came to know the first petitioner and initially they were friends and thereafter they developed love affair between each other and also had physical relationship and thereafter, the first petitioner refused to marry her. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation is pending.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of case and also considering the submission made by both counsel and there was serious allegations levelled against the petitioners, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
