This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal dated 16.06.2023 made in Crl.M.P.No.926 of 2023, regarding execution of sureties.

2. By an order dated 16.06.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.926 of 2023, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal, has granted anticipatory bail for these petitioners, wherein Condition No.2 states that if the petitioners fails to surrender themselves before the said Judicial Magistrate within the time stipulated, this order shall automatically cancelled.

Hence, these petitioners are advised to move the concerned Court for any grievance.

4. The Criminal Original Petition stands closed accordingly.
