The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this Court, by an order dated 24.06.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.12188 of 2025, has allowed the petitioner to carry out the amendment in Crl.O.P.No.17142 of 2025. However in the order copy, the Corum and the date has been wrongly mentioned as THE HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE SUNDER MOHAN, DATED 22.04.2025 instead of THE HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE M.NIRMAL KUMAR, DATED 24.06.2025 and in the same requires to be rectified. Hence, he prayed for suitable directions. 3.

Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction and issue order copy afresh.

This petition has been filed seeking to amend the offences under Section 191 (2), 296 (b), 115 (2), 118 (1), 109, 324 (4) and 351 (3) of BNS, 2023 and Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Property (Preventive of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992 instead of Section 191 (2), 296 (b), 115 (2), 118 (1), 109, 324 (4) and 351 (3) of BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss)Act, 1992, in order dated 20.06.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.17142 of 2025.

2.In view of the averments adduced in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in order dated 20.06.2025 passed in Crl.O.P.No.17142 of 2025 and issue fresh order copy.
