Prayer:- Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the First Respondent to pass orders in my appeal dated 10.03.1997 filed against the order of the Second Respondent dated 08.12.1996 in C. No. A4/13329/1996 confirming the order of removal from service in accordance with law within a stipulated time fixed by this Court. For Petitioner :

Heard Mr. J.Antony Jesus, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. Vadivelu Deenadayalan, Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the First Respondent to pass orders in the appeal dated 10.03.1997 filed by the Petitioner against the Order in C. No. A4/13329/1996 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 08.12.1996 passed by the Second Respondent confirming the order of removal from service in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Court.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents, on instructions, states that the First Respondent by Order in Rc. No. 714552/ API(1)/2022 dated 27.04.2022 has rejected the appeal dated 10.03.1997 filed by the Petitioner and its copy has been placed on record. It is made clear that if the Petitioner still has any grievance to be redressed in the matter, he is not precluded from working out his rights before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations. No costs.
