ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.24 of 2020 dated 14.02.2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kambainallur Police Station, Dharmapuri District and to quash the same.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the case has been registered in Crime 24 of 2020 and investigation has been completed. Final report has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Harur on 10.03.2020, which is not taken on file.

3.Recording the submission made by the Government Advocate (Crl.side), the criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report filed by the respondent police and the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to take on file the final report immediately if it is otherwise in order.
